5. Fees and Payment
- Subscription Plans: The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Details of plan tiers, fees, and billing cycles are published on our website.
- Payment: You authorise Operator (or its payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due.
- Changes: Operator may modify its fees at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of your next billing cycle after notice.
6. Refund Policy
- 14‑Day Refund Period: You may request a full refund of your subscription fees if you do so within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase date, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of purchase, providing your Account details and purchase reference.
- Refund Processing: We will process approved refund requests within ten (10) business days and refund the amount to the original payment method.
- Cancellations After Refund Period: Cancellations made after the fourteen (14) day period will take effect at the end of the then‑current billing cycle, and no pro‑rated refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.
- Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Use of the Service and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful Content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code.
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security.
- Use the Service to store or transmit viruses or malicious code.
8. User Content and License
- Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights in your Content.
- License to Operator: By uploading Content, you grant Operator a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to host, store, and display your Content for the purpose of providing the Service.
